Engr. Alali Patrick Hart Engr.Alali Patrick Hart is a COREN Registered Engineer, a member of Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), a member of Nigerian Society of Chemical Engineers (NSChE), a member of American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE), a member of Institute of Safety Professional of Nigeria (ISPON), and a member of Nigerian Institution of Safety Engineers (NISafetyE). He holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) Degree in Petrochemical Engineering from the Rivers States University of Science and Technology, Port Harcourt and a Master’s of Science (M.Sc) Degree in Occupational Health, Safety & Environment from the University of Port Harcourt. He is presently, a Ph.D. Student of Occupational Health, Safety & Environment of the Centre for Occupational Health, Safety & Environment, Institute of Petroleum Studies, University of Port Harcourt, Rivers State. Engr.Alali Patrick Hart, is an experienced HSE practitioner with vast knowledge on Safety in Engineering Designs, Process Safety Management, Systems Auditing, Incident Investigation & Root Cause Analysis (RCA) via the 5-WHY & WHY-Tree Methodologies, Risk Assessments etc Spanning over 25 years within the Construction, Production, Manufacturing as well as the Oil & Gas Industries. He is an ISO 45001(OHS-MS), ISO 9001(QMS),ISO 14001(EMS),IOSH(Managing Safety),NEBOSH(IGC),NREP (Environmental Reg) Certify practitioner. He is presently working as a Project Safety Advisor with the NPO Team of the ExxonMobil Unlimited on their Onshore and Offshore Brown & Green Field Projects. He has previously worked with Zakhem Construction Ltd, as an HSE Supervisor/Lead on the Escravos Lagos Pipeline Expansion (ELP 2) Project. Stellax Energy Services Ltd, Port Harcourt, as a Project Safety Manager on the Afam Power Station Revamp Project. Anieso Oil & Gas Ltd, as Project Safety Lead on SPDC BOGT Revamp Project, Bonny Island, Rivers State. TSKJ Consortium, NLNG Train 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 Projects as Logistics Coordinator in Bonny Island. Engr.Alali Patrick Hart has held several positions within the professional, Religious, Social and Community Sphere. He is presently, the National Financial Secretary of the Nigerian Institution of Safety Engineers (NISafetyE).He is a perfect Gentleman, a good team leader and player, a lover of football, Music and Tourism, and married with three lovely Children, a boy and two girls.
